when we say we are integrating technology into our classroom this doesn't have to do with computer softwares or just presenting things using LCDs. Effective tech integration must happen across the curriculum to enhance the learning process. to be effective it must help the teacher in achieving her curricular goals.
Technology also changes the way teachers teach, and it allows educators to reach their goals in various ways. When technology is effectively integrated into subject areas, teachers grow into roles of adviser and coach. Technology helps make teaching and learning more meaningful and fun.
Due to the importance of tech integration many organizations are making workshops for teachers to train them and teach them the ways they could integrate technology into classrooms.
