Planning
is a very important concept that helps students and teacher to reach their
goals. Good planning involves allocating the use of time, choosing appropriate
content and methods of instruction, creating student interest, and building a
productive building environment. Careful planning by teachers can lead to
smoothly running classrooms. Beginning teachers might found it difficult to
plan because the process of planning cannot be observed. However, it is very
important for teachers to plan before entering any class, planning outlines the
standard and the content to be taught, motivational techniques to be used,
specific steps and activities for students, and evaluation processes. Planning
is like a map that direct the teacher’s moves in the class. Planning is very important to manage
the class and the concepts discussed in that class. It is very important to
manage the time and the tasks that should be discussed before entering every
session. Also it is very important to make a daily plan in order to meet students’
needs.
Lesson planning is important to teachers and trainers in many ways. It helps you to save time because previous lesson plans can be used for future lessons. Lesson plans also help you to manage your effort, time and resources efficiently and it also makes the lesson interesting for the students and thus students would become more motivated and enjoy more the lesson. Also, lesson plans allow the teacher to be organized through the discussion, and a very important thing is that the teacher would be selective and focus only on what is really important for the students to learn.

ReplyDeleteTeachers use planning as a guide to teach the content with an arrangement in a logical order to make lesson go in sequence. As a result, it keeps teachers on track to accomplish the objectives. Teachers should prepared all equipments is needed in their teaching planning. Examples of these equipments are computer, projector, handouts or white board and marker pen. Without all these things absolutely the teaching is not takes placed. Planning also provides the room to teacher for evaluation and assessment for their teaching. With planning, the learners will more easily understand the teaching. From that, it promotes high level of confidence between teachers and learners.
Although planning code for limitation, but it remain the most important step in teaching. A good planning should guide both students and teachers to help them know where are they going and where they will end. When saying planning it don't mean only planning for the lesson, however time planning should be taken inconsideration by teacher since most researches showed that skillful teachers are those who spend most of the time in instructing and not in class managing.

Teachers should plan to manage the class, present the materials, and facilitate students' learning. This wide array of instructional strategies and guided plans make the teachers and their teaching more effective and sequenced.
ReplyDeleteEffective teachers carefully plan their instructions, they decide what to teach( through assessing to identify gaps in performance, through establishing logical sequence of instruction, and considering contextual variables), and how to teach it. They also communicate their expectations for learning to their students.

I think that its best to plan for lesson daily, and bring to class because as the lesson is progressing, things evolve and develop, depending on what is happening moment by moment and by this the teacher has a better and more accurate understanding of what students need to focus on in future lessons.
Planning is an essential step in the teaching process. It helps reducing management problems and allows the class to proceed smoothly and easily. The teacher cannot survive in teaching without planning, without setting objectives, actions, and activities.
ReplyDeletePlanning is vital to teaching, and its importance has been shown through researches, where it has been reported that teachers estimate they spend between 10 and 20 percent of their working time each week on planning activities. Teacher planning is a multifaceted and ongoing process that covers almost everything teachers do. It is also part of an overall instructional cycle. So, teachers should plan to facilitate students learning and to be selective and focused on the learning objectives of the topic or lesson she/he want to teach.
Planning refers to the process of setting goals, developing strategies and stating tasks and schedules to accomplish the goals and decide what the objectives are.
ReplyDeleteI think that it's an essential step, the teacher has to go to the class well prepared, knowing what techniques she is going to use, and prepared to any question students may ask.
Planning is one of the most important parts of teaching takes place long before the teacher begins any lesson. Planning, developing, and organizing instruction are of major importance. Teachers plan in order to modify the curriculum to fit the unique characteristics of their instructions. Students often want to know what is coming up next week or next month and what tasks they need to complete before moving to the next activity .
